Bbc Breakfast Hpi Predictions For 2011...

Recommended Posts

BBC Breakfast will be making their predictions about house prices for 2011 at some point between 7:30 and 8am.

Worth a watch...?

No need to watch, it will be banks not lending blah blah blah, bank of Mum and Dad blah blah blah, chronic shortage of properties blah blah blah, In summary house prices may fall next year but of course we all know they go up in the long term.

In today's press release Rightmove are predicting a five percent fall for next year. Prices down three percent this month according to them. Sorry no link, can someone please add?

It's on the Rightmove thread.

Is JD on? Otherwise the predictions will be boring.

No, it was Ray Boulger's friend, Melanie Bien .

BBC are predicting falls through 2011. Not clear what percentage, MB tried her best to sound positive.

Melanie was blinking at about 30Hz... A suggestion that she didn't believe a word she was saying...

They not worked out its good news that they are falling yet...

Its a bit like a beauty contest in Tonga where someone suggests the contestants lose a bit of weight for their health's sake.
