Little Seasonal Cheer For Home Sellers

...It's good news for us! Yes, the Home Asking Price Index is down again. Not a huge drop (-0.5%), but the uptick in time on market figure is described as 'alarming'. Now stands at well over 200 days.

But with inflation in real people's pockets running at about 10% all told, this is a much bigger drop than the figures tell us. 5-10% YoY increase is just standing still, a drop is a drop plus the inflation figure meaning this is a bumper bear Christmas already.
