Haven't Moneyweek been predicting House Price falls for many, many months now? Be interesting to see what their reasons are this time though.

I'm sceptical of moneyweek for the simple reason that they try to persuade one to invest as they would like. Which I think is suspicious, of VI that is. Gold seems to be a favourite of theirs:-

Posters on this site have been predicting house price falls and ramping gold since dinosaurs walked the earth, but we still come here.

Moneyweek are a lone voice to be treasured.

no-body saw it coming.

and there is no sub-prime in the UK.

and we a well placed to weather the problems.
