Interesting to see that over there they have all got it. Whilst here many sellers are still waiting for prices to go "back up to 'normal'". :rolleyes:

Aren't most people living off some form of credit?

I often wonder if the highest net worth individual on a highstreet is the busker.

Maybe, but not sure about that. Probably around 50/50? IIRC around 1/3 rent, 1/3 has a mortgage, and 1/3 own outright. Credit card debt may be more than offset by equity?

I have commented many times that most homeless people living in parks are far wealthier than many "homeowners".
