Renters Rights - Boiler Breakdown

Recommended Posts

does the hot water tank have an immersion heater that you can turn on?

brand new combi boiler. Valiant eco tech. Water pressure isn't the problem. But I'm more annoyed about the letting agent to be frank.

They are bordering on useless, asked me if I can wait till Monday!

Can I threaten to withhold rent unless they sort it today?

This kind of situation is where a decent agent is better than owning your own home.

An agent has working relationships with all the tradesmen needed to maintain properties and respond to incidents. And the agent being a big client, the tradesmen will be keen to do a good job and keep them happy. Glad to hear yours is getting his/her **** into gear.
