London, N7, Lower Holloway Repo Watch

Recommended Posts

Sorry but are you saying that is a bargain? I live off Holloway Rd near Waitrose;it's a total dump around there as is most of N7 although it is Zone 2 & transport links are pretty good

Fleece Walk, London N7, 3 bed ex LA.

Under offer £312.5k, dont know the last sold.

Don't know the estate but that is a pretty area and walk to the tube.

By the way, repo fans. Bairstow Eves seem to get a fair few repos if you are looking.

That one was last sold in December 2003 for £209k, it's number 5.

Zoopla, applying price ups/downs there put it at £286k

Not saying anything cheap or pricey, just watching the prices and if you can find a cheaper 3 bed house in that postcode I would love to see it.

What is the rent for 3 bedroom house in this area?

My guess the house would convert to 4 bed and rent for around £380-400 pw depending on finish.

That's a little harsh. I considered buying there myself - quite little pocket, pretty and very close to tube.
