£425,000. Is this a joke? Even by Penwiths high standards, this is one of the most deluded valuations I have ever seen. Leasehold with service charges of £1800 pa inc.

I think its a typo. I've seen these places up for around £50k so I'm guessing there is an extra zero. Wish the same could be said for some of the other listings!

£485k in Longrock!! They really think that view across the train track is worth £200k??

That's more than Mousehole prices and this is in Sh!tsville between an industrial estate and a train track.

Thats hilarious! Miller Country Wide really making themselves look ridiculous.

Bought in Dec 03 for £175,000 the other end of the terrace no 1 was bought 2 months later for £99,000...

Down another £100k. Was £700k originally. I still don't like it at all inside or out, but heading in the right direction.

I have to say, if anything that I liked had come up in Penzance over the last 3 years that I liked I might have bitten. As it stands there is nothing that interests me more or less regardless of price. May be I just know the place is a dump!

I quite like that! Seems pretty good for £495k in the current market, prob get for £450k.

I quite like Penzance, less keen on Newlyn obviously but this looks to be more set away.

At that price I like it as well. I'm now serious about buying in Cornwall later this year / early next year, max price incl. stamp duty of 500k.

For my hobby of Amateur Radio it's a wonderful location, there are others of course.

They're taking a hit. Sold september 2010 for £600,000.
