Bbc Ramping Rental Market

Recommended Posts

not sure that this is ramping - my 2 sisters in law both just sold houses and looking to rent (London) and this was their experience - anything semi decent going striaghtaway and agents wanting sealed bids etc.

I viewed a place on Friday and was told that there were 5 other people wanting to view. We were first so hopefully will get it. There are very few family houses to let round here at the moment (loads of 2 bed flats).

For info - £800pcm a bit of a bargain imo. Last sold Apr 04 £242k would market at now ~£275k.
