"CASH BUYER ONLY AS VENDOR WANTS A QUICK SALE. "

I read the ad as...."idiot wanted"...tho I read most E.A. adds like that

Just another Northampton chancer. Nearly £80k for not one of the nicest parts of town (though convenient for swimming pool if its still there). Dare say it was filled with Poles till the NBC Planning and environmental health woke up.

They want such a quick sale the EA had to do a drive buy photo, no time to stop to get any details.

Probable can't even get near the place now for all the Russians and Arabs with cash to burn.

You want chancers then check out this bad boy

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-28417030.html

EA will only say that it has 4 walls a roof and a sink when asked about it  and won't book viewings outside of the open house hour. Obviously too much interest.

I reckon this place could cost more to sort out than the op's entire property.

I can't comment on the price in regards to the area but,

I seen a similar property appear Monday, no description what so ever. Called the next morning and it was sold first viewing. The agent had it sold already, so why bother working right.

Most likely the case with this house also.

The place is too much of a wreck for them to just be going through the motions while a bent EA is planning to buy it.
