Duke snaps up £70m of luxury flats

A PORTFOLIO of rental properties in some of Scotland's most desirable postcodes has been bought for more than £70 million by a consortium led by the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor group.
Grosvenor is tomorrow set to announce it bought the portfolio in conjunction with Universities Superannuation Scheme, the UK's second largest pension fund.

Looks like RB is right. Our current and future prosperity depends solely on our property :(
