House Prices Have Dropped 11%

There was some guy on BBC News 24 a moment ago...did anyone see him?

I wasn't really paying attention.

I think he was talking about some building company, and apparently they have said that house prices are 11% down on average.

He said this flies in the face of recent reports of the housing market...!
