Halifax... May Be True..

Recommended Posts

Perhaps they are true.. but what do they mean..

Read the below.

Tell me if I am wrong?

The statistics may be true..

don't forget that house prices were still climbing this time last year..

So each months figures are looking a year behind..

So what happens when we hit the top of the hump..

We are below that..

The figures today are a small amount above last year.. (officially...) but what happens at the top of the hump? where we hit the month this year where they peaked before the drop a year before..

We show a 9% drop..

So this isn't about what they are doing now.. they are dropping month on month..

These figures are all about what was happening in september 2004.

october and november they were higher then now..

That will show an accelerated drop..

am I right?

does this make any sense..?

Just look at the current price dropping, the stagnating market..

We need someone to put this to a graph..

or all of you to tell me I am reading it wrong
