Would You Live Next To A Graveyard?

Recommended Posts

Yep, we lived that close to one. It was dead peaceful.

The missus and me have a running joke that whenever we see a house we like it's always within 50 yards of a church.

An interesting bit of knowledge for you, did you know that the people who live on the perimeter of a graveyard or cemetery cannot be buried there?

Where did that interesting factoid come from? My mum lived and died in a house that overlooks a graveyard - the wall of the house is the perimeter, and she is buried there.
