Once in a lifetime
Apologies if this has been mentioned before. Tonight ITV 8.00: Repossession, Repossession, Repossession. We joked about it in the past as a title for a show, now it’s here.

beerhunter
Halfway through, and so I think a very thoughtful programme aimed at joe public, with figures mentioned to back it up. Also very good scheduling between 2 episodes of Coronation Street, so hopefully high viewing figures And congrat's to the England Cricket Team

Guest Riser
New build BTL flats probably fallen 15 - 20 % in tthe last year in London and it gets worse, many london flats empty and unable to rent ans builders are letting unsold properties what a mess
FaTB
Bloody hell !! Do you think this will become a series ? But this is just creating another group of greedy ba**ards, making money out of other peoples misery !! I don't like them anymore than the BTL'ers. The only up side is that I may soon be able to afford a home for myself.
beerhunter
Docklands flats (missed the lead in details)... but I caught; - 1/3 lived in - 1/3 sold to BTL who are trying to rent them out - 1/3 not sold by the builder Considering the growth in the number of jobs in the area, this is scary Edited September 12, 2005 by beerhunter

BandWagon
Roger Bootle has just said that prices are stagant to falling, and he believes they will continue to fall. TTRTR, you're a Bootle fan, what's this all about then? And some other dude has just given the low-down on Docklands, "some of the new developments are like ghost towns". Everybody is trying to sell. Prices in Docklands down 15 to 20%. That's now been said on TV. WOOOOHHOOOOO. Some very stupid people out there are going to wake up very quickly now...
