I like the site plan.

Im guessing there used to be one, or possibly two very nice houses there, and now theres four very nice houses on postage stamp sized plots.

yeah looks something like that eg 2 houses become 4 houses

180 malone road was 5000 sq ft + with RV 875k.

this property is 180a

i think this property has been discussed previously but cant find it
