House Prices Never Go Down

Recommended Posts

The Telegraph 'Word on the street' article is v good - especially enjoyed "For many homeowners, falling prices already are a reality. Not that all seem able to believe it. On one online property forum last week a woman from Cambridge wrote in to say that her property, which she bought for £350,000 last year, had now been valued at £300,000. She wanted to know if she could sue the surveyor who had valued it at £350,000 in her homebuyer's report.":lol:

Its innevitable..

Its economic sense..

and still it doesnt get..

People are more desperate in this speculative market then by any other.,

Its vast.. their homes and lifetimes of debt hinge on it..

Granted.. the size of it means its impact is much.. much more..

Its governed by the laws of speculative markets.. and people seem to want it to continue more because its also governed by economic forces and is beyound their control..

they don't see why prices are coming down.. when the economy struggling with the massive debt is bringing them down..

It will hurt people on the way down.. More so then it has hurt us on the way down.

Lifetimes of debt.. Life times ruined..

Its horrible
