£25 for a months posting, £45 if you want it to go on email alerts. Its alot cheaper than a months rent to the EA.

They've been doing that for about a year now.

Make sure you don't get some funny would be tenant hitting you with the property misdiscripitions act. Good luck.

There are letting agents now doing the whole thing for £200 all in.
