More Now Expect House Prices To Fall

There is this article in the Western Mail this morning:

PESSIMISM over house prices now outweighs optimism among buyers in Wales – for the first time, according to research published today.

In a study which furthers the gloom in the housing market, more people think there will be a downward trend in prices, rather than upwards.

at the bottom there is this;

Director of Kelvin Francis in Cardiff and residential spokesman for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Wales, Tony Filice, said “street wise” Welsh vendors knew they must sell before the Westminster Government’s Comprehensive Spending Review started costing public sector jobs.
