Apparently The Housing Market Will Pick Up In March Next Year?

was told by a relative of an EA, that the EA's bosses had said to expect the market to pick up in March next year. appart from the usual spring bounce, what else could they be refering to?

The reason there is a lull in the "housing market" & "prices" at the moment is - purely and simply - the curtailment of

LIAR LOANS.

And, no doubt, by March next year, the Vested Interests will have pulled enough strings/carried out enough lobbying behind the scenes at the top levels of Govt., Banks, FSA [etc etc.] - so that LIAR LOANS will be back, in greater strength again, in some form or another - and the whole stupid Ponzi-pyramid Scam starts all over again..... :rolleyes:

That.. or he meant sellers would finally meet the real world, capitulate and lots of houses would be sold at sane prices, making him very busy.

This is what has been concerning me. Instead of vendors accepting reduced prices, they may hold on anticipating a spring bounce - then here we go again.......... :angry:

you just have to accept it - markets never move in straight lines. Especially when there is so much greed and fear about, from both people AND govt.
