House Sales Index From Ea John D Wood

Recommended Posts

In this month's Saga Magazine, Money section, Merryn Somerset Webb writes...

"Most measures showed prices falling across the country over the summer, while numbers from John D Wood, which measure prices at exchange rather than completion (and are therefore ahead of other measures), show something close to price carnage in the central London area.

Over the last quarter the price of a flat in Kensington has fallen by just under 8%. It seems that when credit is hard to come by, and supply is outpacing demand, prices fall everywhere."

Are this EA's figures on exchanges only accessible to MSW?
