Coventry Has Been Described In Many Ways

I like how the old Ryton plant, where people used to do real jobs, had been levelled and a few miles down the road you have the absurd Ricoh stadium. An almost perfect visual description of what's gone wrong with the economy.

I also think places like Coventry and other areas in the midlands have now seen as much destruction of industry and jobs as the north but haven't received nearly as much state support and are suffering disproportionately.
