Meet The Scummers

Pure Blighty Scummers

George Osborne hit out at a system which allowed a single out-of-work household to claim benefits amounting to the tax bills of 16 working families put together.

One such tribe is that of jobless Pete and Sam Smith and their ten children - who rake in an astonishing £95,000 a year in benefits and stand to lose 70% of their income. While the average working family pay for housing and bills from their hard-earned wages, the Smiths get to live in a rent free four-bedroom house in Kingswood, Bristol.

They even have breakfast delivered to the door each morning courtesy of the taxpayer. Yet they claim their accommodation is 'cramped' and the food is not good enough.

Mr Smith, 40, left the Army in 2001 to care for his now 36-year-old wife, who has curvature of the spine. At the time they had three children - they now have ten aged from four months to 14 years.

The average family household income is nearly £35,000 a year - on which around £6,000 tax would be paid. The Smiths are given 16 times this figure in benefits.

The Chancellor announced that no household will receive more than the average national income - £25,000 - in benefits.

That 70% cut in income is something Mrs Smith cannot bear to think about. 'It's not really that much money we get,' she said of her current handouts.

This epitomises all that is wrong with the handout, fvckwit, socialist state nest we've made ourselves.

He looked after her good and proper. Maybe the amount of children is a consequence of him trying to straighten the curvature of her spine with his rod.

Child benefit will come in handy though.

"The Chancellor announced that no household will receive more than the average national income - £25,000 - in benefits."

and yet...to limit Child Benefits to those families earning over £42K was going to be too fracking difficult.

just how are they going to apportion the benefits cut to this family?

no housing?, full council tax?...they are clearly earning over £42K...so no CB?

How?...

The Mail found them hoping that their story would get linked too on the frothing at the mouth type web sites like this one.

I get that to be approx. 1/100th of a penny PER CHILD from each of us.

If this upsets you in any way whatsoever you really have some sort of psychological problem.

I'm guessing at imbecility.

Obviously curvature of the spine makes a woman extremely fertile.

Yes I was wondering about that. :D

No problem with carrying a baby or giving birth I guess, those epidurals must take care of it.

When you put it like that, yeah, it's nothing.

In fact I can afford to give a whole penny per year for each of those children, let's up their benefits to £9,500,000 per year

Multiply by one million (ludicrous guesswork) and you start talking money. Add to that children who are raised in households that teach that living at the expense of the benefit system is a desirable way of life and after two generations you have a problem. Actually, we do have a problem. Now!

1/100 of a penny is fine.

£90K Gross FOC is not.

A friend of ours has curvature of the spine, she has daily pain...and works full time in an office job...

Nearly everybody's at it. Pointing the finger at another group that also does it is no excuse.

They should conscript this 'Brown's Brood' and ship them off to Afganistan.

And these are the scum (majority) that breed, dumbing down the masses, debasing the DNA database.

Sigh.

Tbh its all environmental rather than genetic, at a minimum it takes 100's of generations for a long lived mammal such as us to breed in traits.

Blair an Brown received far more in State handouts, at least this lot haven't bankrupted the country.

It's wrong that it can happen but again that is due to the shortcomings of Politicos...

Put all those kids into care. That will save us all a lot of money. Throw the parents into jail, save some more.

you dont think £2000 a week more than covers their everyday living costs?

The money is no big deal and now that they have a whole tribe to support then they need the money. It is only the kids that are going to suffer.

As for the pair of them, total scum imo. Irresponsible scum. If they could not provide for the kids that they had and provide them with a descent life then they never should have bought more into the world. Selfish and thoughtless idiots.

Do you have any idea how much a butler costs these days?
