Seeing Some Price Drops In Rightmove

Recommended Posts

Been watching the market closely for about 18 months now around the 250-350K bracket . Target areas were Stirlingshire, Argyll and Langbank/Kilmacolm. I'm now seeing quite a few prices dropping, including one specific house near Milngavie dropping 100K from initial price of 590K since Sept 2010. Definately seeing the market tipping downwards after a 4-6 month period of prices 'recovering' . Now till Spring should be interesting.

Saw another place today near Perth, dropped from Offers in Excess of 525K in April to Offers Over 475K in June to Offers over 395K now. Nethouse price says it last sold in 2003 for 389K.....thats a fair drop in anyone's book. Look out below....
