Ouch!!!

Not too far from me.

Has the bottom just fallen out of the country house market in Norfolk?

I hope so, it'll stop the agents in their tracks when they see these trophy properties going at firesale prices.

While I'm at it, how is it that an agent who's hoping to collect £20k for selling this, is not able to spell Princess Elizabeth with a 'z', when it's clearly spelt on every coin of the realm? It just proves you don't need any qualifications to be an Estate Agent!

Oh yes, I remember getting hopelessly lost in that area a few years ago! It really is in the a**e end of nowhere.

However, very nice house indeed. B)

Can you get qualifications for being an arsehole?

It's unbelievable isn't it, incorrect spelling looks so unprofessional.

Maybe I'm a pedant and other people don't care, but since the property description is about the only physical thing they produce, you would think they could achieve accuracy considering the prices they charge.

Whats unbelievable is that no-one has thought of professionalising the sector.
