Peter for PM !

Why are the bleeding hearts going on about "the poor being targetted".. It's means tested, if they're poor they won't have to pay more.

If they're able to pay more why is it such a crime to ask ?

Is JD still going? I thought he would have exploded with rage by now.

The last time I saw him on TV I couldn't help but feel pity for him.

As I expect is the case with a lot of others on here, his predictions made so much sense to me, but I never would have predicted the scale of the bailouts, the criminal way in which the bailouts were structured, or the vast scale of the money printing.

It is impossible to predict anything in the economy now.

There isn't much point in trying any more.

yep, older VIs bailed out themselves with my tax money and then say 'told you so' and pat themselves on the back for being so clever.

(implication being that you should do the same to later generations and this would be perfectly OK)
