You would think that with all the western currency devaluation over the past 18 months or so, the trade deficit might narrow, go in to surplus even.

Well thats what i would think.

I know Osborne has mentioned this, but when do you ever see the BBC carry this data?

Didnt they go on and on about it in the 80s?

Why they never mention it now, but mention every little house price report?
