Orchard Park (Cambridge): Selling Price For 2-Bedroom Flats?

Recommended Posts

You can check the sold prices on many websites, like zoopla, ourproperty or rightmove.

E.g. rightmove

Why rush though? If you have a large deposit (>30%) it might be worth it as it will probably be cheaper than renting. Otherwise, I would rent and see what the area is like for 6-12 months before buying there. Unless you know the area already?

FWIW, there are better built and/or bigger flats around Cambridge that will be better value for money.
