I perhaps should add that they appear to be jun 2010 figs rather than sept figs (which were in pdf rather than the more convenient xls used here). Are the bulk of these ratios down to various empires (and thus looting)? Portugal_________________ 1.1485 ... springs to mind.. As a prime example. Not to mention ourselves (pre Gordon, of course).
