How To Invest In India

Recommended Posts

I've heard that it's quite hard to actually invest directly in India.

I keep hearing about all the great opportunities and prospects for India and would like to get some action but haven't seen any way of doing so.

Anybody had any experience of this?

Thanks for that surfgatinho - I'd been wondering that myself. Have you any thoughts on how Indian investments might react to a recession in the western world. I'm not informed enough about organic growth in the Indian economy - it's easy to think that there economy relies on service exports such as call centres, but I know there's a lot of industry there too (eg. Tata). How do you think the Indian economy will bear up? TIA.
