The Spending Review: Making It Clear Season

Reading a BBC Wales news story this morning - Research suggests 'north-south divide' in Wales on cuts - it appears that the BBC is going to have a series of programmes sometime around the week of the Spending Review.

This hints that some at the BBC already know what is in the Spending Review as, assuming that these programmes do what they intend to do, then they must have a good idea in order to be relevant.
