I don't really know. It's cropped up now & again in my searches but I've never paid it much attention. Maybe it's for private sellers? Maybe it's for private sellers? Look at some of the prices asked.... Tight sods at the end of the day when you want 700k plus you would think a pro would be the best option surely. They are an Internet only EA. One of the places I looked at was being marketed by them. They do nothing for the seller at all except place an advert on RM (and perhaps other sites). They don't even convey offers.
