Was Considering Making An Offer

Was considering making an offer (yes I would have been embarrased) but owner put a stop to that

I see it's next to a cemetery/crematorium. Is the owner waiting to move in next door ?

That's nothing.

Couple of years back I'd made an appointment to view an old rectory on the Cornish coast, at £270k. The day I was due to go, I re-checked online, and it had become £370k, with an old barn (undeveloped, no planning permission) thrown in. Shortly afterwards, it was bundled with the attached vicarage (a bigger house) at about £780k.

Now off the market.

It's a pity, 'cos the original 3-bed rectory looked like a very nice place at a reasonable price for what it was.
