Click on Street view on the RightMove page, you can see the garage/shed that this was converted from, derelict and with a tin roof!

Edited to add it is towards the junction with Rodney Road on the right.

Assuming it went for £80k (and indeed, assuming it even really sold), then that is ~ £225 per ft2, or £2400 per m2. This makes me very sad.
