Glasgow Should I Put On Market Or Wait?

Recommended Posts

Hi

Need to move to a bigger place but didn't get flat onto market for various reasons. Does anyone reckon it is a good/daft time to try? West end (ish) 2 bed looking to trade up to 3 or 4 same area. Any advice /opinions appreciated. Did have 3 valuations about March and still not sure which agent to go with either - any good stories/recommendations?

Many thanks :)

First thing I would do is install the "Propertybee" add-on for Firefox. Then take a look at similar flats to yours and try and get an idea how long they've been sitting on the market for.

Propertybee will tell you which flats have been sitting on RightMove for months and months, which will hopefully give you an idea of the kind of price you'd need to set for a quick sale.

Also take a look at the ourpropetry and ros.gov.uk websites for sold prices in your street and surrounding streets. That will also give you an idea for what the selling prices are.

Thanks for that. The property bee add on is great! Our street is very small and usually sells well but nothing on it for sale for past year, so might go?

Back to properytbee the now. Cheers.
