Probably sick to death of those nosey time-wasters ,who take the shine off their timbers floors and eat all their Jaffa Cakes, only to announce, with just a little too much sincerity, "If only we could sell our own place".

Before much longer the signs will read , "No appointment needed ('cos they'll both be at home all day !!) no offer too small to consider".

I ain't buying a house in Mumbles if I don't get offered a jaffa cake - not one of those McVities one neither but a square M&S one!

Did I mention about the Swansea West house on the market for over a year at 240K, apparently every viewer said it was over-valued or so the EA told me so, having painted a few rooms allegedly, the sellers have put it on with another EA for 290K?

The Estate Management course, taken by so many Jacks at the prestigious "University of Life" (Swansea)has produced some real high-flyers!
