Bad Photos From A Ea

Recommended Posts

Wow, worst I have ever seen. There are much worse in the 23 pics on rightmove. Can't believe an ea took them, either they really hate the vendor or the pics are diy.

Fabulous ! This is about the funniest thing I've ever seen on HPC - even better than the Skelmersdale ugly flats competition.

The E.A. MUST be taking the p i There's absolutely no way he could not have been aware of what he was doing.

And as for the body under the duvet in pic.18 - looks he had his bags packed, but never made it out of the building, poor sod.

Body had a kebab and never lived to tell the tale perhaps? EA suffered aftermath of a kebab and is getting own back?

No idea what it's all about but it is funny until you get to the picture of the childrens' bedroom; some poor child/children appear to live in that place :(

Doesn't look to me much like an EA took them - or at least not an experienced residential EA.

The ones of the shop aren't great, but they probably give a better impression. The text, such as it is, is all about the business as well. I'm guessing that someone who usually specialises in cheap ethnic commercial property (Greek restaurants, Chinese supermarkets, Indian clothing stores) is selling this off to people who are going to look mainly at the business, and just need to be sure that the flats are actually there.

They're not really selling the flats as residential property at all. Even so - you'd think they'd try a little harder.

6% yield baby.

Assuming you can collect the rent. Our Junkie/F@rter upstairs looks like he might need to be shaken upside down to extract a few pence and I imagine the kebab shop operator could be as slippery as the fat running from his kebab spit.
