Pent Up
Only one thing worse than being turned down for a mortage, the expression 'heads up'. No need, I'd be interested to hear if anything good is discussed. Can't listen to it
ralphmalph
Hedge Up, Hedge Up, Hedge Up. Well after announcing a phone-in for people that had been turned down for a mortgage, nobody phoned in. What does that tell us.
Pent Up
Hedge Up, Hedge Up, Hedge Up. Well after announcing a phone-in for people that had been turned down for a mortgage, nobody phoned in. What does that tell us. No one is even bothering to apply. Or they are all getting approved! There was an article in the mirror this week about it. Had three cases where people with big deposits and good incomes were being turned down.
Si1
Hedge Up, Hedge Up, Hedge Up. Well after announcing a phone-in for people that had been turned down for a mortgage, nobody phoned in. What does that tell us. either (1) turn-downs are not happening or (2) despndency and acceptance, no-one is bothering or if they ARE turned down they're not surprised, what's there to argue about anecdotally - my brother who knows I'm a bear - is trying to upsize and get bigger mortgage - however he's keeping very schtum about it, maybe there's a new 'heads below the parapet' behaviour going on Edited September 29, 2010 by Si1
