Went and viewed a house 6 weeks ago needs lots of work .The asking price was 330000 liked the house but needed new windows carpets decor so offered 290000. Two days later agent called and said no he is looking for between 330 and 350000 (so the vendors increased the price by 20K) .6 weeks later the house is still for sale went in and spoke to the agent again they said he had no more offers ,so i said i would like a second viewing. Another 2 days past and the agent called me and said the owner said unless you are willing to pay 330000 for the house theres no point in looking :blink: . So i think i will give up.

Are forgot to mention the smell, he had 6 dogs and i think they had been lifting there leg around the place.

We looked at a house that came with two pot-bellied pigs. It was a complete pigsty.

He also turned the garden into a paddock for his two ponies the smell in the garden was just as bad as the inside.

So i think i will give up.

Good idea ,

if it's still there and you still want it in mid winter approach them again but hopefully the EA will come grovelling back to you before then .
