Back To The Future?

Anyone notice money figures sounded similar to modern times. £40 a week to help setup a business + welfare, add in 1980's prices it shows you how far behind basic JSA is from those days. I wonder if being paid to reproduce will shift over to support for all as a huge percentage of people drifting into low paid partime or long term unemployment, or will it go all Madmax. :blink:

I would have thought that the smart thing to do now would be to line up a part-time job while there maybe one or two left, preferably before Oct.20th announcement of benefit changes. Not sure what hours what qualify as enough to get maximum benefits though!

Seems to me that many will be in deep shit while others will 'benefit'. Enough information has been given to us make preparation, those living in 200 quid a week rented houses should make a move now as rents will have to be paid from other benefits from next April for example.(?)

I love the realism of these docos , do they make stuff like this still or is it all just crap about celebs and other fluff?
