Some really decent reductions in Brighton in the last 24 hours - and this has to be the best of them:

From £775k to £585k in less than a month - looks like reality is beginning to dawn on some vendors..

Obviously a bit of kite flying initially on a road that maxed out at £640k in 2007 - but it's a start and is

approximately what the house next door sold for in 2005.
