Greed Is Good

I think greed is good so long as it is tempered by fear. Nowadays, government has eradicated the notion of fear through bailouts and so on. Hence the prevalence 'irrational exurberance' i guess.

Greed is never good. The trouble with greed is that it never stops at enough, but carries on until it is transformed into the jackboot stamping on a human face forever.
