12 August 2010

21 June 2010

* Status changed: from 'Available' to 'Under offer' [Found by n/a]

10 May 2010

* Price changed: from 'Guide Price £1,800,000' to 'Guide Price £1,475,000' [Found by n/a]

15 April 2010

I wonder if the people who offeredwhen it was on a £1.475 Million are still interested !!!

When things like this actually starty to sell we should see a BIG impact on the price indexes.

That one is in my search radius, albeit not where I want to live, and I've been tracking it.

Between Kettering + Corby is like being between a rock, erm, I mean a crap and a shite place.

Is that part of the A43 likely to be busy?

It's a nice place, but I wouldn't want to part with that sort of cash if all you can hear is road noise when you are outside...
