Propertybee Shows More Price Drops Than Genuinely Newly Listed On Rightmove

Recommended Posts

I am not sure how long this has been going on but currently in Devon PropertyBee shows, that when searching for property added in the last 24 hours, in the price range that I am interested in, there are more price drops and fallen through properties showing than genuinely newly listed houses fresh on the market. Is that true in other areas too?

Yes, this is certainly the case in west Yorkshire, where a family member lives. And plenty of empty properties with services obviously cut off - reposessions. Not yet the case in my part of west London but the nmber coming on with reduced prices does seem to be increasing,
