COMING ON THE MARKET OFFICIALLY NEXT SPRING

Why don't they just wait for next spring as they could ask for another 10% more by then , as property only ever goes up ........

It's 9.8 miles from the nearest station and Monmoth is 2.5 miles away. Might as well say....
