Uk Faces 2-3 Years Of Falling House Prices

Recommended Posts

Great find by the Mail. There are probably lots of cases like this, where undeserving people are given huge amounts of money for no reason.

All council houses need to be sold off to the highest bidder to stop this. I can see no other way.

Lets have one basic benefit, the Citizens Income, and close down our useless housing departments and end our absurd housing laws. Decent people doing decent jobs are living in cramped accommodation so that a few lucky people on the inside can fleece everyone else.

Take away the responsibility for housing from self serving bureaucracies, and give it up to the market, before we are all made destitute.

The house wasn't offered out to the general public to rent. Mr Taylor heard about it internally whilst working for the council.

But the taxpayer pays again - as usual.

Bail-out after bail-out after bail-out taxpayer pays through the nose every time.
