Metro Scotland

Recommended Posts

Apologies if this has already been posted.

I read the Metro (Scottish edition) Property Section this morning. Here is a quote of the opening sentence: "House prices in Scotland are still on the up despite a property CRASH (my emphasis) in the big cities."

The article was headed up "Price rise is beyond the cities" with the sub-heading "Overall house prices north of the border continue to go up, despite a slowdown in the big cities."

This is the first time I have seen the word crash in print this time round. I hope there is plenty more to come! :)
