100% Financing Possible

Recommended Posts

Goodness-is that a young offenders place? Who designs this cack?

What gets me is some planner allows this sh*t. But try and build something nice, like an oak framed house on green belt land and the same planner will stop you.

I by the way could not afford the oak framed house. But have no trouble seeing nice houses and admiring them from the outside. If someone works hard and is successful I don't get jealous about them living in a nice house. But when I see cr*p like that it makes my blood boil.

That's my home town, and yes it's a bit ugly, windows too small. In a fairly nice area of town though.

Here's another nearby in Dudley offering 100% financing:

They're bothe advertised by Pinnacle of Guildford. Something fishy, I'll wager, young fella-me-lad. (They've got 39 for sale up and down the country, all BTLs maybe?)
