Who Are Payton Jewell Caines?

Recommended Posts

In the last 48 hours I have noticed that a Bridgend based EA chain has began posting properties in Swansea up on Rightmove for sale.

I had never heard of them before and am curious as to why they are suddenly marketing properties in Swansea - there ain't no shortage of Swansea EAs?

I just wondered whether they might be dealing with bank repossessions? Anyone from the Bridgend area know anything about them?

They had a property for sale near us, a couple of years ago - it was a part exchange property - don't know if they just deal with properties that have been part exchanged for new builds though.

They are very popular in Bridgend and Pencoed area where my kids live. In fact, my ex has put her house up for sale with them and there are now three of their signs next to each other in the same street, as well as at least half a dozen more within talking distance.

Thanks both.

Not surprised with PJC (& Hurry), they are quite ambitious company. Not really up to speed these days, not even sure if John Caines is still the main driving force.

From my weekly checks on the housing market in the area, two years ago they had a strong pincer movement moving on the lower end of the market of Port Toilet and the new higher end builds of Margam.

They also had a tie-in with developers, one being Ballard homes (if they still around) and Bovis?
