Massive Fire In Basingstoke

Recommended Posts

Former Beachdown School site. Old age people's home under consruction. Huge timber frame alight. You could see the flames over the trees from a few miles away - I was watching from work.

They're up to 60 appliances now. Still burning. All major roads closed and must be a half-mile cordon in all directions, cutting though main roads, housing estates, etc.

Looking up the main road from Brighton Hill, all you can see is a huge ball of fire right in he middle of the road and on both sides.

Thousands of people out watching.

Never seen anything this big to be honest.

Those builders must be a careless bunch, there are sites all over the place going up in flames these days.

I can't understand why there weren't so many fires in 2006?

Fires are cyclical.

It's the effect of Man Made Global Warming.

House fire not far from here in one of the local papers. Cause not determined yet, but the guys family was on holiday leaving him alone to raise the alarm.

Seemed a little convenient that they were safely hundreds of miles away.

Volcano, caused by participation in alien experiments. The code can be read clear as day in the handbook for a 1991 Cavalier.
