The Magic Of Poppy Place...

Recommended Posts

There's an ex-British Legion building near here that has been converted into 'luxury apartments' over the last year and they're 'selling like hotcakes'!

This is the bulding before any work:

Streetview

Here's the official site for the development:

http://www.theproperty-group.co.uk/poppyplace.html

Sign outside states '2 remaining'

Floor plan shows '4 remaining'

Website says '5 remaining'

All very explainable by the fact that they probably haven't been updated to show the changes.

Except:

Rightmove

They seem to have magiced up a few more apartments to sell on top of those original 'hotcakes' that they've already sold! Not only that but they're selling so well that they are generouslty offering these ones for £30k less than the originals!

Another one that is always very telling when you drive past at night is the One Park West development within Liverpool One:

Google Maps

It's been commented that it looks like a Russian Gulag facility and they must run a similar policy as, even now after almost two years, the residents are forced to have their lights out by 8pm!
